We do not run a phone line or live chat at the moment. Email lets us look into your question properly and give you a considered answer rather than a rushed one.

People get in touch for all sorts of reasons. Here are a few common ones:
- Spotting a mistake: if something on a page looks out of date or simply wrong, please tell us. Point us to the page and the line in question, and we will check it.
- General questions: unsure what a section means or how to find something? Ask away.
- Feedback: tell us what works for you and what does not. Honest comments help us improve.
- Working together: if you have a partnership or media enquiry, include a short summary and your preferred way to be contacted.
Tips for a Faster Reply
A clear subject line makes a real difference. Something like “Correction on page X” or “Question about site navigation” helps us send your email to the right person straight away. If your message relates to a particular page, paste the web address into your email. Screenshots are welcome too.
Please do not send passwords, bank details or other sensitive personal information by email. We will never ask you for them.
